OTTAWA, CANADA –(November 1, 2016) – Equispheres Inc. is pleased to announce the appointment of Mark Dance to the Board of Directors.

Mr. Dance provides 30 years of experience in bringing high technology products to market.  Prior to joining Equispheres, Mr. Dance played a central role at Creo Inc., a publicly traded company, where his roles as President, COO, CFO, Vice President Product Development and Board Member helped grow the business from $10 million to over $700 million in revenue, and from 100 to more than 4000 people world-wide.  Since Creo’s $1 billion USD sale to Eastman Kodak in 2005, Mr. Dance has worked with over 70 companies in corporate and IP management.

Mr. Dance has a Bachelor of Applied Science (Honours) degree in Mechanical Engineering from UBC and holds several patents for medical technologies.  He will be joining Mr. Kevin Nicholds (CEO) and Mr. Jeff York (Chairman) on the Board of Directors.
