ASTM International Conference on Advanced Manufacturing
Equispheres is attending the ASTM International Conference on Advanced Manufacturing (ICAM 2026) from September 28–October 2, 2026 in Orlando, Florida.
Hosted by ASTM International’s Global Advanced Manufacturing Programs Division and supported by more than a dozen ASTM technical committees, ICAM brings together leaders from industry, academia, government, and research organizations to advance the industrial deployment of additive and advanced manufacturing.
The conference examines the full lifecycle of manufacturing innovation, from pre-industrialization research and standards that support scale-up to qualification, certification, and production practices that improve reliability and performance. Its program spans aerospace, defense, energy, medical, automotive, and microelectronics applications.
Connect with José Muñiz at ICAM 2026:
José Muñiz, Head of Applications R&D at Equispheres, will be attending ICAM 2026. He is also a co-organizer of the Feedstock Innovation: Characterization, Specification, and Reuse symposium.
The symposium focuses on how feedstock characteristics affect manufacturing processes and part quality, and on the development of characterization methods, acceptance criteria, specifications, and standards for fresh and reused materials.
If you are attending ICAM 2026, connect with José to discuss:
Materials: Engineered aluminum and copper powders for Additive Manufacturing
Process: Feedstock characterization, powder reuse, material qualification, and process development
Production: Reliable, repeatable AM applications for aerospace, defense, space, and other demanding sectors
José will be on site for technical discussions and networking. Book a meeting in advance to make time to connect.
